Your information

Luminate Solar and Window Care collects the name, email, phone, service location, appointment preferences, and notes you provide to prepare quotes and manage your service. A city is enough to request a visit; a full service address is needed before confirmation. Please do not include payment card details in forms or messages.

Requests, invoices, and feedback are stored using this website’s hosting and database services. Authorized administrators can access them. Private customer links provide access to visit information; keep your link private. Contact (909) 534-1916 to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to records needed to manage completed services.

Requests and pricing

An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. Luminate confirms the service address, scope, schedule, travel, and final price with you before the job. Solar cleaning is $5 per panel, with a $125 minimum. Travel is $2 per one-way driving mile from Redlands, confirmed in your quote. Window cleaning and larger or unusual jobs require an individual quote. Usual service hours are weekends, 8 am–4 pm Pacific. Visits reserve two hours; additional time may require a different schedule.

Communication and payments

Submitting a request allows Luminate to contact you about that request. This does not enroll you in promotional texts. When email is connected, SendGrid processes your email address and appointment messages to send service updates. Twilio processes mobile numbers and message content for separately opted-in customer appointment texts, promotional texts, and owner alerts. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. We disable email open and click tracking for these messages. Call (909) 534-1916 to confirm or change your request. When an invoice includes a secure payment link, payment is handled by the named payment provider. This website does not collect card numbers. Feedback and return-visit coupons

After a completed service, one honest rating and comment earns a 25% coupon for the next cleaning subtotal, regardless of rating or publication. The standard minimum is applied before discount. Travel is excluded. Coupons are single-use, cannot be combined, and are tied to the customer’s email. Publication requires optional consent. Public reviews display the first name, rating, original comment, and an incentive disclosure. Moderation addresses spam, personal information, and inappropriate content consistently across ratings. Google reviews are separate and receive no reward.

SMS privacy

Customers may independently opt in to appointment texts and promotional texts. We retain the phone number, email, booking reference, program choice, exact disclosure, disclosure version, and time of consent or withdrawal. We also maintain sending records and STOP/START status to respect your choices. You can change preferences through your private visit page or reply STOP to stop all automated texts. Marketing consent is never inferred from a booking, a service-text preference, or a previous purchase.

The business owner may separately opt in to automated booking-alert texts. We record the configured mobile number, signed-in email and account identifier, consent choice, disclosure version, and time of enrollment or withdrawal. Twilio processes the mobile number and message content to deliver alerts and manage STOP and HELP replies.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the messaging program and website, or as required by law. Text alert consent is optional and separate from other communication channels. Read the Terms & conditions for our messaging programs.

Website storage

The hosting service uses authentication cookies for owner sign-in and operational request data for security. This launch version does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request needed to serve them. We do not sell the contact information submitted through this website.
